What payment methods do you accept?

Current accepted methods of payment-
1. Credit Card -
Unique Scrapbooking accepts Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard payments via Paymate & PayPal.
At no time will we view/store your credit card/bank details.
Paymate & PayPal are a secure payment gateway for credit card payments. You do not need to be registered with Paymate or PayPal to use this service, it only takes a minute or so to complete your payment and it is free to use.

2. Direct Deposit -
When making payment please reference amount paid with your name, or order number.
If you are unable to use a reference, please contact us, to let us know that payment has been made.
Please keep in mind when making payment that some banks can take up to 5 days to transfer payment.

Unique Scrapbooking accepts Australia Post Money Orders.

Q: Layby
I would like to take advantage of your Layby facility, how does it work?
A:
Layby's are available for purchases over $75.00 (seventy-five dollars).
Once you have selected your products, simply complete checkout and select 'Layby' as your payment type.
Once you have completed checkout, an invoice for your first payment will be sent to you. Please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly when going through checkout.
Laybys are to be finalised with 4 (four) weeks of purchase date.
Weekly or fortnightly payment schedules are available.
Unique Scrapbooking does not charge a Layby fee, however, if you cancel, or do not make full payment within 4 weeks, $5.00 will be retained for adminisitrative purposes.

Q: Gift Certificates
Can you please explain what a Gift Certificate is, and how it works?
A:
Gift Certificate are a fantastic Gift Idea when you aren't really sure what to get someone.
Electronic Gift Certificates work exactly the same way as one you would buy from a Bricks and Mortar store; you simply purchase the Gift Certificate in the required amount (I can do special amounts for you, if the amount you require is not listed), let me know who the recipient is, and if there is a special message you would like on the Certificate, and then let me know wether you would like the Voucher sent electronically, or via 'snail mail'. Instructions will be included with the Certificate for the recipient.
Once you have placed your order, a unique code will be applied to the Certificate. Once the recipient has selected their items, they simply enter this code into the checkout function where the value of the Certificate will be removed from the total price.
Please Note when using/purchasing a Certificate:
- Certificate are valid for one transaction only. The total amount of the Certificate must be used within one/same transaction, or the remaining amount will be forfeited.
- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift Certificates are non-transferrable.
- Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon/voucher/offer.
- Only one Gift Certificate can be used per transaction.
- Gift Certificates do have an expiration date; Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Gift Certificates can be used on sale items.

Q: Postage Costs
What are your postage costs?

Regular Shipping Postage costs are as follows:
If you have purchased ONLY Brads/Buckles/Eyelets postage is capped at $2.00
For all other purchases postage is capped at $4.95
All purchases made over $50.00 will be shipped for free within Australia.
Unique Scrapbooking will not take responsibility for items lost is transit. Registered Post is available for all purchases at the cost of $2.60 within Australia.

Q: International Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
A:
Yes, HOWEVER, as I am based within Australia, my website is set-up for orders placed within Australia.
If you wish to place an order and you reside outside of Australia or would like your parcel posted to an address outside of Australia, please wait for a confirmation of postage costs.
PayPal or Paymate are the only payment methods accept for International Orders.

Q: Postage notification
I have not received an email notifying my order has been posted, or a reply to an email I have sent; why is this?
A:
Often Hotmail, Yahoo and various other ISP's will mark emails as 'SPAM'. These emails can often end up in a junk, or spam folder.
If you have not received a reply email to a query, or a postage notification email, please check your spam folder in your inbox.
If you still cannot locate a reply email, please sent me a message via the 'contact us' page, and let me know.
Q: When can I expect my order?
How quickly will I receive my order? When will it be posted?
A:
All stock advertised for sale, is stock that we have 'On Hand'. We do not offer items for sale that we literally do not have ready to post straight out, because of this, your items are posted out as quickly as possible!
From the moment you place your order and make payment, we endeavour to have your item packed and posted within 24 hours (excluding weekends). During peak times, this may not be possible, and we allow 48 hours for packing and posting of orders.
If you need an order urgently, Express Post is available. Keep in mind that Express post can become expensive, and will need to be arranged with us.
Once your item has been packed, you will receive notification of when it will be posted.
As we use Australia Post, standard Aus Post domestic delivery times will apply. Generally, you can expect your parcel within 3 - 5 working days, or up to 14 days for rural/remote areas.
Please keep in mind that although we send out your items as quickly as we are able to, Postage times are controlled by Australia Post, and as such, delivery dates/times cannot be guaranteed.
For International Orders, delivery time will vary depending on your location. Please email me for further information.
Q: Packaging
How will my items be packaged? Will they arrive safely?
A:
Of course your items will arrive safely!
We take the utmost care when packaging your purchases to ensure that they will reach their destination in the same condition that we sent them.
All brads, buckles, eyelets, ribbons, flowers etc. are sent in bubble lined tough bags or bubble wrapped in a box. This ensures that they will not become damaged during transit.

Do you offer a Bulk discount?

We most certainly do!

Q: Wholesale
Do you offer a Wholesale service?

Currently we do not offer a Wholesale service.
In the future this may change, but currently we do not.

I am looking for a product that is not listed, can you order it in for me?
A:
The easy answer is: Yes!
We are more than happy to order in a product for you providing we are able to access the product.
Special orders of large quantities do require pre-payment.
Q: Can I use your Graphics/Text?
I really like the graphics, text and descriptions you have on your site, can I use them for my own website?
A:
Whilst I am flattered, the answer is No!
Content that is viewable on the internet is not 'free for grabs' and is subject to copyright laws/restrictions.
All images and text are copyright to Unique Scrapbooking.
Those found stealing images, text and code will be subject to prosecution.
Q: Using the Wishlist
How do I use the Wishlist?
A:
In order to use the 'Wishlist', you need to be a registered user.
If you are not yet registered, please register {here}
To use the wishlist, simply go to the desired product and click on 'Add to wishlist'.
Once you have done this, the product will be placed into your wishlist to view at a later time. Products will remain in your wishlist until you choose to delete them from your wishlist.
