Shipping Information-
Order Dispatch -
We endeavor to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
While we keep all stock at hand, rarely we may be out of stock on an item. If this occurs we will contact you immediately to arrange either a refund, supply of alternate goods or place the product on back order. Expected Delivery Time -
All orders placed with Unique Scrapbooking will be delivered from Brisbane, QLD via Australia Post.
Most orders will be received within 5 working days, but as we have no control over Australia Post delivery times we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please visit the Australia Post website for further information: http://www.auspost.com.au
In some cases a courier may be required for large/bulky items. If this is required you will be notified prior to arrangement.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us to arrange overnight Express Post. Please bear in mind that Express Post can become expensive as postage costs are based on weight.
Shipping Costs -
Regular Shipping Postage costs are as follows: If you have purchased ONLY Brads/Buckles/Eyelets postage is capped at $2.00
For all other purchases (items such as ribbon, thickers, storage etc.) postage is capped at $4.95
All purchases made over $50.00 will be shipped for free. Unique Scrapbooking will not take responsibility for items lost is transit. Registered Post is available for all purchases at the cost of $2.60 within Australia. Registered Post options for International customers will vary, please enquire.
If when going through checkout, incorrect postage cost is selected, remaining postage costs will need to be paid in full before order is dispatched.
If at any time you would like to query your postage costs, please contact us. International Shipping -
Unique Scrapbooking will accept orders from outside Australia, HOWEVER, as I am based within Australia, my website is set-up for orders placed within Australia.
If you wish to place an order and you reside outside of Australia or would like your parcel posted to an address outside of Australia, please wait for a confirmation of postage costs.
PayPal or Paymate are the only payment methods accept for International Orders.

Items Damaged in Transit -
Unique Scrapbooking packs each order with great care and individual attention. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours after receiving the damaged goods. We will replace the item/s at no charge to you.
We may elect not to have the damaged goods returned, but if we do, we will bear all costs to do so. Wrong Products Received -
We are only human and mistakes can happen. If by a rare chance the products delivered to you are not as ordered, we will replace them at no charge to you.
Unique Scrapbooking may elect not to have the goods returned, but if we do, we will bear all costs to do so.
Exchange -
Please choose the products that you purchase carefully! Unique Scrapbooking will not refund monies or exchange products due to 'change of mind'.
Faulty Goods Return -
While every care is taken in the supply of our products, if a delivered product is faulty please contact us within 7 days and we will replace the product at no charge to you or refund your money.
Unique Scrapbooking may at its discretion refuse return of faulty goods if: -
goods have been damaged by recipient -
partially used -
incorrectly stored or mistreated in any way -
used in a manner that the product was not designed for
